What I was most impressed with Ryan is his focus on keeping his word.  Whatever task he was given he gave his full attention.  While able to handle his other duties, Ryan was able to complete that task in more than a timely manner.  Ryan’s honor is second to none.  His values on looking someone in the eye while shaking their hand meant you had his word 100%.  That is a rare quality anymore.  Ryan always made sure what he told you, it would get the task done. He followed through with it because he knew a handshake was his word.
